To all my fellow volunteer friends who are on the ground providing support and supplies, here's the most economic and affordable way to disinfect yourself. An awesome Doctor friend suggested it to me and I've been using it.
Buy a packet of Potassium Permanganate, it costs only 12 bucks. Take a pinch (very small) and add it to a bucket of water. The water will turn pink. leave it there for ten minutes and then Use that water to wash your hands and legs. You can even have a bath in that water.
It's a very effective disinfectant. Please pass the word on to all our other volunteer friends. Stay safe guys!
